Only one hike in January, and not really a spectacular one, more like a long walk: a few days ago I travelled to Neulengbach and went up to the Buchbergwarte. Only took a few photos, there was not much to photograph. So this "hike" is better than nothing I guess. Well, the trail was partly icy and I almost fell, but it was very sunny and I am glad that I spent the day outdoors.

Well... I had attached the 17mm/f1.8 to the camera when I started to walk but... somehow I had to change the lens to the 12-45 again. So not much progress in this respect, unfortunately. So all pics of this hike were shot with the 12-45.

One more thing though: I bought the plane ticket to Miami after the last winterwonderland hike and meanwhile I also got the ESTA visum. The only think that's still missing is the travel insurace. But I think I must make one or two more hikes before the journey.
